2013 VW Tiguan 1.4 TSI Intake Swirl Flap Removal
2013 Volkswagen Tiguan came in with an intake flap issue. We can reprogram the vehicle to run without the intake swirl flaps. The programming removes the limp mode, which enables the vehicle to rev freely with full power restored.

2010 Toyota Hilux 2.5 D4D EGR Removal and Stage 1 Upgrade
2010 Toyota Hilux 2.5 D4D came in for an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Removal. The vehicle was in limp mode and the engine light was still on. We removed the EGR and upgraded the power with a Stage 1 tune. The power was increased by 35kw and 100nm.

2008 Mercedes Benz Vito 120 3.0 CDI DPF Removal

P246c Description: The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is monitored for conditions where it may be overloaded.
The monitor compares the calculated restriction of the DPF to 2 thresholds.
- By exceeding the first threshold for a sufficient period of time, a wrench light will be illuminated.
- By exceeding the second threshold for a sufficient period of time, a wrench light and a MIL will be illuminated and engine output will be limited and EGR disabled.
